

If there are ripe apricots in your area, go ahead and make this cake✨🍃You'll love it! ✨🍃Tender and tasty as a cloud with the acid touch of the fruit🤤
🌼Ingredients:
160g. sugar
125g. olive oil
125g. Milk
125g. Pastry flour
125g. Corn flour
10 apricots (pitted and halved)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt

🌼Steps:
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is creamy and slightly white.
3. Add the olive oil, the milk, the baking powder and the two flours.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and add the apricots on top.
5. Bake at 170ºC for 50 minutes.
6. Decorate with icing sugar on top (this will give a sweeter touch to the cake if your apricots are not quite ripe).
