🎃🍂Pumpkin and sage buns🍂🎃


Cute, tender, and delicious✨ I've been making these buns for a few years now when pumpkin season starts🎃They are scrumptious! I love to accompany them with herb butter and cheese🤤


550g. of bread flour
180g. water
140g. of pumpkin puree (baked and mashed pumpkin)
50g. butter
25g. fresh yeast
10g. salt
1 tbsp. crushed sage (can be fresh or dried)
One tablespoon of honey

1. Slice the pumpkin and bake it. Remember that you need 140g. of pumpkin puree, not raw pumpkin.
2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead for 10 minutes.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
4. Knead again and shape the rolls into pumpkin shapes with a string. In my Instagram video I show you how to do it.
5. Bake the rolls at 200Cº for 35 minutes.
