🎄🫖Red Velvet Rolls🫖🎄 Cozy season has officially arrived🥰🥰 Get a good book, a nice cup of tea and, of course, a Red Velvet Roll to rest and relax 🫖🤤 Go ahead and try them! 💕Thoughts? I read you🥰


– 500g. flour
– 250g. milk
– 80g. sugar
– 15g. vanilla sugar
– 55g. butter
– 30g. fresh yeast
– 5 drops of vanilla extract
– 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa
– A teaspoon of salt
– Red food colouring

– 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar (you can add more, if you like)
– 30g. butter
– 40g. white chocolate (chopped)

✨Topping (cream cheese):
– 190g. icing sugar
– 125g. butter
– 300g. cream cheese
– A pinch of salt
*Croccante diced hazelnut to garnish

1. Mix all the ingredients for the roll dough, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.
2. While you wait, prepare the topping by mixing all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3. When the roll dough has risen, stretch it into a rectangle.
4. Fill with the sugar, butter and white chocolate, roll the dough and cut the rolls.
5. Bake the rolls for about 30 minutes at 190ºC.
6. When they are at room temperature, decorate them with the cream cheese topping and the croccante hazelnut.
